Create safe proxies

Hello,

I need some fresh safe proxies for starting my journey.

I was thinking to buy some proxies. But then I had an idea to use my smartphone with wifi to get a fresh new IP.

Problem is that I cannot get the same IP back on it so i think in the future i will have some accounts banned for this.

Is anybody hosting 3G/4G proxies from their mobile phone. Is it worth it ?

In general, the proxy is best to buy paid, VPS is not very good option

It all depends on what you want to do with your setup.

You can create your own proxy server, but with a device, you will get only one IP, so you can't really take advantage of proxies benefit of running (using) multiple IPs at the same time.
