Hello there, I hope everyone on the forum is doing great. Tagging professionals here. I'm sure there are more professionals who'd like to make their input here.

Suppose I have Laptop A and Laptop B. Laptop A is in United Kingdom. Laptop B, for instance, is in Australia.
If I want to use the internet of Laptop A from Laptop B - because I am in Australia and I need to use UK's internet and IP - what software do I need to install on Laptop A so that it acts as a proxy server.
I know how to configure a proxy in windows and with browsers i.e. FoxyProxy and stuff.
What I really want to know is: how can one make a proxy server in Windows 10. Is there a plug a play software that will do all the work?
From what I know is: I will need to have a hostname or IP with a port number? How can this be achieved.
