Create new domain or use expired for new domain

hey guys,

i got some idea that i want to sell but i still dont have a name nor a domain. my question:

would it be bettee to searcg for an exired domain that sounds cool and make it the brand name, or start from 0 with new brand name and domain?

From the SEO perspective, it's way better with the older domain.

the problem is that 99% of those domains are taken
I would start with a new one which sounds cool!

Both are good and it's up to you. For new domain you will get more options compared to old. In expired you can get some authority.
