Create New account or Use an old blank one ?

I currently have a TT account I opened last year. I then wasn't ready to post yet (WH) but trained the account more often than not towards my niche (which is a populated one), so I follow a handful of people. But since the beginning of 2023, I haven't used it much and this account is currently dormant (last time I used it was 3 months ago). + it was initially created with an apk but i replaced the apk with the app from a legit store.

Now that I am going to begin posting, should I use this account or create a brand new one and in the latter case, how long should I train the account before posting since some people here say that training the fyp is important ?

You can use the old one. Just restart using it slowly. Don't go from 0 to 100 in one day.

When you say "I can", do you mean it is rather "better" ?

If your niche is competitive, use to old account to stand out. Post regularly on the old account to get it back up and running.
