Create my vision for an airline manager app on IOS

Hi, I am looking for someone to work with me to create my vision for a offline airline manager created around being as realistic as possible. The job will include everything from start to finish of creating an app.
Knowledge of the airline industry and a general understanding of aircraft is a must.
