Create my own Proxy servers

Hi im looking to create a proxy server but i tried 3proxy it work really well but the problem is the authentication you can't allow one people on a specific ip and deny for all others and there is no web interface to manage all .

Someone know a alternative of 3proxy with socks http and https with good web interface and easy ?

i want to use my server with my ip it is because i dont have find ^^
