Create Me Simple Code/Find Solution

Here is what I need. I need piece of code that would take title of page from which user came to my page and insert it into text. Preferably that it would look like download link. So for example: User is on my website, on page about blue cars, clicks on download link which takes him to another page (download page) where he can see link: download blue cars here. If he comes to the same page from page about red cars he sees link: download red cars here. I hope you understand what I need.
I know there is one solution using http referer, but that seems unreliable. There should be way how to do it with cookies, or sessions, I'll leave it up to you how will you do it. I will pay $5 paypal for solution.

Another option is dynamically generated pages via PHP.

Thanks for help but that seems above my abilites to understand how to do it. If anyone will make the exact code the offer is still up. It for wordpress site with thousands of posts and on download page must be always name of the post which user came from.

I can do that by making use of the HTTP_REFERER and fetching the title and inserting it in the page. Completely doable.

But unfortunately, $5 is not worth the time I will be spending on this.
