Create mail account

Currently, which website are people creating mail accounts on, gmail, outlook or another site.
Is using proxyv6 ok for all?I also need a solution that can create proxyv6 myself

as far as I know, proxyv6 can be used for google mail and outlook. You use each mail with a static proxy. Like me, I am using IPFighter to create static v6 proxies, then attach these v6 proxies to each browser profile. The mail account creation operations continue right after that
