Hello BHW!
instagram has been taking very strict security measures lately. Is it always easier to warm up if an instagram account is created with old facebook accounts?

Don't know, never tried but I would assume that if your Facebook account is PVA'd then you won't need to PVA your Instagram account unless there is some suspicious activity involved.

Yes, it should be easier first because Facebook and Instagram are from the same company/owner. In addition, when you open an account on any of those platforms, Facebook or Instagram invite you to open an account on the platform you are not using yet.
