you can create upto 5 with your regular instagram app on one device but I won't suggest creating them all at once. Keep it limited to 1 per day for best performance of those accounts. Create and use other 5 on a different device.

If you not found, no need to use different phone. After create new account reset your phone and now crate next. This way you can make all in one

After i create the account, can i add them to my bot? Or i have to wait for a few days before i add them to bot?

You need to wait minimum 7 days to wait, if wait more that's better more
is there an alternative instead of doing mobile data? i have rooted bluestack..would i need to use vpn?
