Create GMB listing with fake name?

I've got a couple of addresses I can use to set up GMBs on

but I don't want to do it with my own name, and certainly not with the people living at said addresses

Can I just make up a name along with a gmail for the name and use that?

I'm not worried about the postman not delivering it since he'll have the address

why would you put it under a person's name? it's better if it's a business name.

think about any potential name for good branding you never know when it can be helpful in the future whether you keep the GMB or not.
