hello how you create gmail account via pc without a phone number after the last update ?

in the past i was able to create 3 gmail accounts per day now they ask for phone number the last gmail update sucks

You cannot do that.

You need the gmail invite provided by one of their managers or something, and through the invite, you do not need to enter a phone number in your registration.
But I'm sure there is a limit to the number of accounts you can register per IP - maybe you can just reset your router and get a new IP from your ISP?

It was possible with little used IP address. IPs from your ISP are used by many people. Try to get not-used IP address.
