hello everyone,
my ebay account was suspended, i want to create another one.
can i create several acounts from the same address IP?
can i create an uk account with french address IP ?
can i use one payal account for more ebay account ?

There should be a few guides on here that go in-depth but I'll attempt to answer your questions.

For each account you should use a unique IP from the country you are attempting to register. You will need a new paypal account as well.
 
If your eBay account was suspended, no, you cant create a new one.
You can create several accounts from the same IP but if your first account was suspended, every account created from that IP will be suspended too.
You can create a UK account with french IP but account information must be UK.
You can use one PayPal account for multiple eBay accounts but if the PayPal account was connected to the suspended account, your new eBay account will be suspended too.

yes you can create several accounts on same ip. However they will be associated, so if you will create new account on the ip that you logged in with your old account it will be banned too.
yes you can, but system will see that and mark as suspicious. Not 100 percent that you will be banned but it may happen.
yes, you can use paypal for more than one account, but it is same like ip. Your accounts may be associated

I have already created 6-7 accounts myself using the same IP and haven't had any issues so far, so I can confirm that it works
However, I wouldn't recommend it because if one account gets banned, the others might follow
It all depends on what you are planning to do with those accounts

Have you sold on those accounts? Do each use the same paypal account for selling?

I have only bought using these accounts, I've never done anything shady with them
I used the same PayPal account but with different email adresses, since you are allowed to link multiple email adresses to one PayPal account

I’ve done that as well and it works for buying but selling is a different story.
 
If you are creating a selling account I would recommend everything different.
Nothing the same as the last or next you make.
