Hi,

When create ebay account how buyer, what is the time recommend for upgrade to seller account ?

Waiting the recommend time, ebay give higher selling limit or start with 5 selling limit and increase month to month ?

Is it better to create with socks5, resident ip or fresh VPN ?

I would say it really doesnt matter.
 
It doesnt matter. You can upgrade it whenever u want, if you do it in the right way you wont get suspended.

Use residential ip or 4g mobile proxy, also you can use ip burger which offers 'fresh ips'(i never used it).
 
1. You can create Business account for both - PP and eBay straight away.
2. Create account, wait 3-7 days, just to age a bit, list items in order: First day 1 list, 2nd day 2 lists, 3rd day 3 lists, 4th day 4 lists. Call eBay on 4th listing day and raise the limit. This is one of the safer ways that we do. Ofcourse you can create an account and list till you hit a limit, if you get banned, create another stealth account and GOGOGO!
3. VPN the safest one IMO.

Definitely VPN. From a reputable company. Anything else is security risk, if you are planning to do serious business on ebay.
 
if You Can Afford Buying a Residential ip i will recommend you to do it just because of Paypal.
With ebay you can use a Fresh Datacenter Proxy and you are Fine, the problem if paypal Detects your Logins with Datacenter Proxy you will Get Limited.
But the Residential IP are some HQ Real IPs from Real devices and there is nothing wrong to be detected.

The Problem is After 1st Listing they suspend the account, and they may will ask you For ID Verificaiton which is terrible thing.

ebay is strict, you can find some stealths for sale with the 1st listing done to reduce your own risk

i got it, the problem is that ebay stealth, especially in this forum is a bit expensive, i have no problem with that every one put the deserved price for their hq accounts but anyway with half of that price of stealth account, you can buy arround + 100 residential proxies, so the person can try himself to create ebay account with a different style, strategy, until he got a working account without suspension so after then he can use this specific style in creating accounts

1. upgrade to seller account after abiut a month is safe enough. if užyou mean to change it to business - then do it when you need to buy ebay store.
2. start and try to increase when you need
3. residential ip - for me the best ones is simply share mobile hotspot.
