I'm on mobile so let me briefly say an overview. You would need to apply to like Verisign etc. To pull the data daily at least. And then somehow process it btw it's several GB of data per day. Then you could suggest free domains but you need some kind of system to know what to suggest. Perhaps there is something available on code canyon or the like but idk. Or ideally you do it yourself..
