Create Content Sites/Blogs For Me Constantly

Hey Guys,

I am interested to purchase blogs/content site. So if you're happen to be skilled in this area, or are providing this service, please contact me.

Min Requirements

- A PR 2 (Shows that the Blog is properly SEOed)
- 3k Min Monthly Traffic (Google Analytics must be installed.)

Any niche is fine, and no revenue is required.

One fine example and a simple blog is this:

Will purchase anywhere from 500-5k per blog, constantly. So once you get one blog right, you can re-do it over and over again with the same system (You can outsource it and create more blogs for more $ )

The benefits of selling it to me, instead of listing it to flippa are:
- Once you get a blog right, you've created a system and can sell it to me over and over again.
- You do not need to monetize it. (Monetizing blogs can be hard.)
- You save time from creating a sales template in flippa, I'll just purchase the site from you with little questions ask. All you need to do is to fulfill the above requirement.
- I'll assist you in your site building in whatever way possible.
- Will pay a higher price then market rate

As you can see there is no loss to you here, even if it happens that you have created a blog that I do not want, you can still list it in Flippa or DP. (Very less chance if you have discuss with me beforehand.)

Since this is a JV, I'm interested to hear out what you guys have to say, or any adjustments to suit the needs of both parties.

Does the content needed to be unique?
What will be the payment method? Escrow or paypal?

Yes the content need to be unique. Without quality content, I believe the site wouldn't get PR2 that easily. Or if you have a way to get PR2 with autoblogs, and it won't be detected by copyscape as duplicated content, let me know.

Either is fine for me. My suggestion is to use escrow for 2/3k and above sites.

Any niche blogs with good traffic is fine. But if you need ideas, I would suggest you to go to medicine or insurance niche.

USA, UK should be the targeted country.

Hummm Interesting... I do have lots of PR blogs but not with that much traffic or revenue. In fact I haven't placed any ads on them. I am using them just for back links for my main money sites... Although they got good quality content...

Sites which are getting traffic got PR in range of 3-4 and getting 5k-300k traffic and making money... I may sell few but again OP planning different kind of sites...

Still it's good idea and will remember OP and if I plan to sell any, will contact you first before listing them any where else.

Good question it got me thinking. I realize they cannot be niches like gossip blogs, or mostly entertainment blogs, will be rejected, as they have low value. It is best to let me know the niche before creating the blog.
