Create content locker by myself with CPA offers

Hello guys,

Do you think it is allowed to create a content locker by myself with CPA offers that are not on the content locker pannel ?

This might looks like a dumb question but I'm pretty new to CPA and didn't find the answer.

Normally in the offer itself you will be informed of the limitations of the offer and that it is not allowed. Are you trying to cloak your affiliate link so your network doesn't see where your traffic is coming from? you should be good to go!
