Create bulk post from sheet list (title - featured image url)

i need plugin that can create articles from sheet list. lets say i have 2000 title + featured image url on sheet list, i will add this sheet or file to the plugin and it will create 2000 article in a single click. i only need title and featured image, inside of article will be empty
