For adding captions.. I would go with what blackhit suggested.. you can find it under c drive, program files and movie maker. the executable file is named moviemk.

for the download, clip nabber dot com (no spaces) is a good site.. It gives you the option of downloading the lower quality flv file or the higher quality mp4 format
