Create Bing ads/Microsoft ads account method

Sooo... Future readers. This guy have multiple accounts here that are commenting here and there and mostly on his posts like "I'll try it" "I want to buy it" and many more. This guy have multiple telegram accounts for different services like he is Michael but he is IBAN seller too with his another telegram account and an account seller too with another telegram account. All the screenshots posted in this thread are from his own accounts. Also this method is shit and doesn't work. I tried buying an account through one of his telegram when I noticed his writing style is same as the IBAN guy that was recommended by him. I have also talked with OP about running a campaign and confirmed by the writing style and grammatical mistakes that this guy have multiple accounts. One of his accounts got banned here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/stevendossantos.1540715/
TLDR: Beware this guy will scam you multiple times for everything you need to make a bing ads account using IBAN through this method.

You're correct. He scammed me $50. And I can also confirm he has multiple accounts. I posted about it some months ago

yeah i think you should use real account and payment details because fake details or bypassing checks can get the account suspended.
 
Yeah if you’re trying this method so just make sure your billing and payment details are accurate and follow Bing Ads policies.
