Most important thing for AWS free account is to maintain Card provider country + your signup IP. Don't mistake here. For example you are using US credit cards but doing signup from UK, you'll be caught must!

Could you please provide guidance on setting up Revolut and Wise accounts? I am capable of managing the other aspects you mentioned.

I'm not sure if it's ethical to ask for card-making guidelines from you. You also mentioned needing an IP from the same country. Could you provide a list of card provider companies and residential proxy providers?
