Create and manage multiple facebook accounts

Hello everyone! I really need your help.

I start to create facebook accounts with fake peoples. After some time after i had activity on my accounts when i wanted to log in on one of my accounts i saw that was blocked or i need to unlock it.

What i need to do to create more accounts and how i can manage them to not be banned to easy?
