Create an archived section and place all locked threads there to declutter the main sub forums.

Especially the services and review copy forums.

Anyone who's actively looking for it can access the archived section to look for what services, review copies for services were offered previously but it won't clutter the main forums.

This is purely a QoL suggestion.

will likely have tens of thousands locked threads

I can see why you're suggesting this. Something to note is that threads are locked for a variety of reasons. When a member searches for content in specific subforums using the search function here on BHW, we want them to still be able to find what they're looking for. If we moved every locked thread to an archive, this would make it more difficult for them to search.

Then there's the problem of indiscriminately moving locked threads. We'd have to set expections not just to subforums like the BHW Marketplace Rules section (which contains nothing but locked threads), but also to specific threads, like the ones in the newbie guide section (like this one). Too many exceptions would need to be made that makes this a cumbersome feature to implement.

Now, archiving anything for the marketplace is a request that's left up to the marketplace manager. I can only respond to forum-based questions as a result.
