Create Amazon Payments Account from Outside the US

Hi,

As you may know, Amazon Payments (https://payments.amazon.com/) is only avalaible within the US.

I am looking to use Amazon Payments to receive payments. I cannot create a new account since I am from Canada.

Do you know any company that act as a third party and let you create Amazon Payments accounts from outside the USA?

I am already using paypal. I am just looking to use an alternate payment option and Amazon Payments is what I am looking for.

Any help appreciated!

I have payoneer but it only give me a US Payment Service , but the adress of this bank is my Canadian Adress , and if I put a random adress on payoneer i will not receive letters from them ect ..

And amazon requiere a Social Number and they will probably know it's a canadian one ?
