Hello friends,

I want know if is possible to create one AD on instagram for appear only for followers from "cristiano" for example, not appear to other people, only for who follow "cristiano" on instagram will appear my AD...

Is possible?

I think I have similar thing in facebook ads, you can boost you ig page from there

Yes it's possible. In audience when you create a custom audience just use CR name as an interest. Football etc.
