Create Accounts via old Devices?

I want to create about 5~ Accounts,
to make sure that the accounts are not to be associated with each other, i want to use different devices
I read about the BlueStack Method but BS doesnt work on my old PC ;(

It is save when i use old mobile phones, with proxy to create accounts via the web adress www.instagram.com ?

Does IG save the IDs of every Login or just from creating the account?
