Hello BHW,
I want to create a travel agency business but i dont have idea about programming and web design. I want to create a website like etravel.com and android/ios application. My question is how much money will cost me to pay for a webdev to do this work? Could i find a template for a website with categories and navigation like this?

Yes, you can find templates but still, you need a developers effort. It would cost around some 4 figure dollars I guess.

But the site that OP mentioned is kind of a big site that includes payment gateway and all, also he mentioned android and IOS apps. So I'm sure it would cost something around 4 figure dollars.

Use WordPress and a good page builder it's easy and fun
All you need is 5 hours to learn completely.

Try to build website on Tilda.
No any knowledge require.
As easy as pie, mate.

Just avoid wordpress, you need something that has 0 restrictions and it's ligh and fast (and more professional than wordpress). Hire someone to build your site

Why not look into themeforest options? Usually about $60 for really good indepth sites + they have support for implementation or you can reach out to the teams directly for any particulars

That site (etravel.com) is more complex than any WordPress theme. If you can't make a simple Wordpress site, how can you make a complex Wordpress site?

You can learn Wordpress but it will take hundreds of hours of study and hands-on experience. I started learning Wordpress more than 10 years ago and it took me several years to be comfortable with it. Where I can do everything without looking at Youtube videos and f*cking everything up.

So best to go to freelancer.com and hire an expert Wordpress developer. Doing it yourself is a recipe for disaster.
