you should change your network IP to a US IP, use HMA or plug in a proxy, only by changing like that will your account not be restricted, and don't turn off that network IP, otherwise tiktok will recognize you as abnormal.

You definitely need a US SIM card, not just a proxy or VPN. TikTok looks at the SIM level to get even more accurate data about user location, so don't skip this step.

First of all, you need a phone and you need to change your IP to the US. Then you create an account and use a paid VPN. That's ok. You've completed it without worrying about your account being banned.
