how do i create a simple landing page with image background and a contact form on a hosting?i was using blogger and it was easy on it but i dont know how to do it on a hosting.

Go with wordpress. And there is a landing page builder plugin to help you build your landing page.

Yes wordpress is a good place to build a landing page and you can find tutorials for it easily on youtube
