Create a simple Instagram BOT

I had someone make me a bot that did a specific task using IG's API. Honestly I don't know how it worked that's why I'm looking to hire someone. Anyway, this bot stopped working and the guy who created it vanished like a loose anus so I was stuck with a broken program. It worked fine before, I believe IG changed something.

Here is what I want the bot to do.


Login
Scrape users I'm following
Scrape only the users who are not following me back or just filter them out somehow
Block and unblock one by one
have 1-2 second interval between each name.
