Create a proxy from a phone

I'm currently using a physical phone rental service with a SIM card in the US to manage my social media. It's been working quite well for me, to be honest. But I'd like to be able to generate a proxy server from there so I can use it in my Windows PC browser, so I can have other options.

Could someone tell me the best way to configure this phone and connect my browser to it? (The phone in the US is using unlimited 5G data.)

Honestly, I don't have extensive knowledge of this, and I'd like to know if anyone is an expert or has and/or knows of a tool, so they could share it with me so I can test it and see if it works. Thank you very much.
