Create a fake FB ads account?

My real FB ads got banned and now I want to create another account..
How should I do it?
What things do I need to keep in mind before creating a new fake account?

Create fb ads with a real account and add real CC to it. If you have dynamic IP, Add vcc to paypal and add it to FB ads and activate it

Even the VCC has a name linked to it. They even verify the name of the account and the name on the VCC used....
What about the address used on the VCC?

Same boat here, I had my old FB page that was my personal that I had setup with Paypal and was running ads and they banned my ads account within days. It was even very old FB account.
I have other CC in my name can they trace and check in some way that I use paypal account and trace the ads from the other banned ads account???

Clearing Cache?? Cookies?? what else??? can be done when setting up new legit account for running ads???

Why fake an ad or account? Just use a real account, a real cc, and throw a few bucks at the advertising! If you have a decent sales/squeeze/landing page, you'll quickly get a return on the investment.
