Create a company with fake documents

I don't want to encourage anyone, I just wanted to mention this because many people who work in ecommerce are already tired of being banned from Stripe/PayPal.

And there are some business creation services that include a brand new Stripe or PayPal business account and you have no risk of being banned immediately, as happens if you use your ID to create a new PayPal account.

It seems smarter than buying stealth accounts twice a month...

Can you tell me the risks of this practice? A stealth account already sounds shady, I imagine a stealth company would be criminal, no? Is this fraud or what?

It probably qualifies as fraud. In any case, there are countries with more open companies than people. I don't know people who have done this to escape PayPal, but it doesn't seem like a very long-lasting solution.

I didn't know about that option, but it seems to cost at least $600. Creating a company with a random name can cost less than $100.

The main question is why Stripe/PayPal banned the business. They make money when you make money. The main reason to close the account is high percentages of chargebacks/disputes or something else. If you are running a high-risk business, why not search for this payment processor?

Just to clarify for those who are asking. So far I am using Woocommerce Payments (same thing as Stripe at the end) with no problems...no need to buy documents or create a fake company (so far)

If you open a compan with fake document, you need to give same document to your bank also to open bank account. Giving fake document to bank to open bank account is crime. Not recommended.
