create a clean instagram account

Hello, 1 year ago I created an account in a different country using a proxy and grew this account without any problems.

Now i want to grow an account in my own country. but all the accounts i opened get 0 views (many accounts opened from the same ip). i tried to use a proxy like i did with my account in a different country but i couldn't find a clean proxy for my own country(Turkey). For 1 week i have been trying different ways to open a clean instagram account without shadowbans. like anti-detect browser, different proxies from different sites.

I am currently thinking of buy old accounts created with clean ip. I would like to see all kinds of different ideas on this subject, please write down the methods you think can help.

I'd suggest a new IP and probably an aged account should do the trick. Make sure nothing is linking your accounts together

Relevant country hashtags, target country accounts by interacting with them (genuinely comment, like, follow, respond to stories), post during their time zone hours
 
Post consistently, Use instagram hashtags, try to purchase old aged account and use clean IP - this will do the trick.
 
Try to buy a Turkey account from real person with like 10 followers. They would probably sell it for a "ok" price and create new one.

Reels needs some views for the algorithm to understand the content. my problem is not low views. my problem is 0 views. if there were low views, I would think there was a problem with my content. I shared the same video on a different account and got around 500k - 1m views.

It's funny how much effort it takes just to create an account. I bought proxies from 6 different places and they all showed different locations and the accounts I created were banned. Now i give up and i think i will buy old accounts.

It didn't even take 1 day to create an account in a different country. but I can't create an account in my own country for 1 week, This is really funny

You don't need proxies to get seen on IG.
Yes, when you create a new account without engaging with other people's contents and getting noticed your views will be zero.

I am speaking from experience as someone who grows accounts from scratch and currently manages 12 accounts.

When you create account, it's as good s non existence because nobody will visit or check it. There are too many good accounts out there.

I remembered creating an account and uploading a post, but I didn't get any view for 3 months until I promoted it using collaboration with my aged accounts and guess what, I reached 14k and went viral afterwards.
