Create a block with information in GP?

Hi, I always use Generatepress Premium with the blog function but now I want to add between the menu and the blog grid a small block with intro text of the site.



In paint make a small drawing of what I want to do, is it possible with this template? I want it to be only in the home page.

It should be possible with adding a custom code on the home page.
If you can't, just hire someone.
