Create a ACX account

Hi everyone I’d love to create and publish an audiobook version of my book through https://www.acx.com/, but I just found out that ACX currently only accepts residents of the US, UK, Canada, and Ireland and they require a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for payments.
Since I’m not from one of these countries and don’t have a TIN, I’m wondering:
Is there any way for authors outside those countries to publish on ACX?
Any advice or personal experiences would be super helpful
