CREATE 4G PROXY AT HOME

Hi,
would it be possible to create private 4g proxies at home?
I have a 4g router and various sim with internet subscription - connecting my pc with followliker to the 4g connection of the router - how many accounts could I manage with the same IP 4G?

it' s possible connect at the same time - in the same account - with my device and with Followliker ( DIFFERENT 4G PROXY ) , and perform action from both device ? or risk ban ?

I wouldn't perform actions in the bot and device at the same time.

I've done this before and havent had any problems.
