Nah. Facebook sees each BM as a completely separate acc. As long as you set up different PM for each BM, you should be fine.

im stoked now haha i've gone waiting months just to create new FB accounts to then make new account just to burn out....this thread has just boosted my shadyness game by like 10!

it doesn't metter from wich country you are, I still can't understand why on some profiles there are button and on another there are no button. Maybe it depends how old is your profile or maybe there were period when fb create profiles with such opportunity

I have stocked some Business Manager in last few days. I created them all using old fb accounts but not using this method.
It has some limitations now. You can't creat 10 Ad account from one fb account. It gives chance to creat 3 from one and that account must be 3/4 years old.
You may find difficulty while adding VVC. Remember, don't use same card for all Business Manager.
