I've tried a couple of LTD's on appsumo and what I have to say about it is not good.
Seems like in the trial they are giving you their top-notch AI services yet when you purchase the LTD the quality of the output goes down significantly to a degree that it's not even readable and just repeats itself over and over.
Honestly, the only good writer they had in there is the FREE autoblogging (I believe that they are here in the forum as well) coupons they were giving away but now it's gone.

Affordable compared to what?
If 1,000 words for 1$ sounds good to you when using an AI to generate content, you must like spending money.

It is better but do not use the word affordable now. Now they have raised prices a lot.

Creaitor.ai is far too pricey for the quality and variety it offers. Plus, people point out that the content created using this tool needs a lot of editing. Users have also reported some sketchy activities within the tool itself. Namely, they are complaining that the quality worsens once you go from the free trial to actually paying for the service (lots of repetition, bad grammar, and even completely nonsensical sentences).

One of my friends had given me access to creaitor.ai. He had bought it from Appsumo and asked me to try it.
I tried it and mostly was not impressed with the output it was giving me when I tried the content rewrite feature (content spinning).
However I used another feature called Content Improve, and I got some good results. See the screenshot -
Another useful tip is that if you use short paragraphs then the output will be really good.
Try it once and check yourself.

I think you just haven't digged deeper enough. And not everything has to be on Appsumo.
