Crazy question about deleted domains

So i was thinking about this thing regarding deleted domains... what happens when you blast like 300k links to a deleted domain and later you register it and wait for the backlinks to index.... i wonder if you can't get a penalty because your domain isn't indexed... what what would happen after you start building the site?

You wouldn't get credit for any of the links because the domain does not exist when google discovers them.

You would have to re-ping and get spiders to visit all these urls again to get any credit. So you wouldn't beat any penalty since one wouldn't exist in the first place.

Yeah i wasn't talking about beating a penalty.. it was more about getting away with mindless blasting without getting one in the first place.. thanks for the answer it was helpful.
