mob mentality you can tell he was gonna drop the dog after pulling him out, but he heard the giggles (acceptance) of him doing it so he kept doing it till a random dude came was gonna attach him for it then he quit.

Actually, no.
The idiot tries to sneak up on the dog, cheered on by others. The dog then raises its lip. The dog is cornered and still tries to avoid the fight, its whole posture shows submission but willingness to defend itself if need be. Just looking at the dog you can tell this is a recurring event. The owner of the dog then opens the door to let the dog in but the dna mistake outside takes the opportunity to then catch it by the tale and swing it while the dog cries out in agony. The "random dude" is the owner of the dog.

Good thing traditions can be stopped. I would feel honored to personally beat this guy with no mercy whatsoever. I know that this sort of thing happens all the time but it is just heart breaking to watch (I didn't watch the video, too).
I know there are many people like me who watch this kind of videos and cannot get it off their minds easily.

Not funny at all, but when you live in country that does not have controll over homeless dogs, how the heck are you going to go home? I don't want to argue with you as I personally have one dog and love it, but sometimes its very annoying/scary to see 10 dogs chasing you on the street (sometimes they are aggreissive and/or big). How would you feel if you call the police telling them the situation you are in and having an answer like "we don't care, we are police". By the way I don't think homeless dogs/cats are guilty, because this is the way that they behave - protecting their territory and f*cking on the street.. More like the government is not doing their job. Still you have to protect yourself, because homeless dogs/cats bring nasty deseases..
