The biggest annoyance would be the damage she's doing to your profile by commenting all the time. Maybe you could report abuse and get her blocked or even better get her banned.
Haha yeah it was bit annoying, I just deleted all her comments and she has not been back.
Did you steal my profile picture? I thought I was the only Einstien here. Anyway just so you know I'm going to sue you.
Actually I just made my profile einstein a few weeks ago (thought I was being original)
Do you know how many copyright letters go out every day to webmasters?
It's probably in the upper 100,000's.
You can't think that they wont sue YOU because their are others out their. If you are easy to get to and they know they can win, they will come after you and not the others.
That is the wrong way to think of it.
I say keep it up until you get a DMCA request to take it down. If you don't do that then expect a letter from a attorney.
You never know, you could have taken a picture that is hers and she's pissed of that you did that and did a little digging and found out all she needs. So she went
on your account and found all the other pictures and well commented on it. She's probably just pissed of you toke her work and are claiming it as your own.
Just a little example to that quote im quoting:
You are driving on the highway that is speed zone 55. But you and 5 other cars in the same lane are going 60-65. All cars just trailing each other and all normal drivers.
(You are car #2 out of the 5)
Cop car standing their and just waiting to catch someone cause its the end of the month and they need to fill quota.
The cop cars radar picks your car out of the line of 5 and the cop starts coming after you.
The cop stops you and the normal process starts. You tell the cop "But the other 4 cars where driving the same speed as me for the past 10 miles"
cop: "sucks to be you, here is you'r $150 ticket. Have a nice day."
I know that "but everybody else is doing it" is not an excuse, what I meant is that I am not worried because Pinterest is built on steeling pictures. The lady did not claim that she was the person in the pin, just that the person in the pic is some famous person and that it isn't our picture. Then she went on to comment on pictures that were unrelated saying we stole them too. Even commented on pictures that we took on our own. She was just very annoying and if the pictures were of her she shouldn't be putting them on the internet if she doesn't want them shared....
