Founder of mobile payments company Paytm Vijay Shekhar Sharma was ranked as India’s youngest billionaire in 2017 by the Forbes with a net worth of $1.3 billion. He is just donated $143 to Kerala flood relief fund.

10,000 INR = $143

Wow and then he tweets like he want to be praised for that. I bet the water he drinks costs more than 143$

I don't think anyone should be judged for the amount they donate, regardless of your status.

I've no idea who he is, but I'm pretty sure many people are gonna give him shit for it, while they donated $0 or didn't do anything to help.

However in the eye of the public, if you have billions of dollars and you post up about a $143 donation, that is not the brightest idea.

That's why celebs in the UK never say how much they gave, just they made a donation. Looks much better lol!

Don't be surprise, now we are (Indians) going to praise him A LOT.

Don't belive me? Keep watching...

This is perfect for answering the question "What are some things that make Indians sad" on Quora.

Imo he is encouraging and educating people that they can now use his platform (PayTM) to donate for Kerala Floods. He might have or have not donated more or for any other cause. My point is why judge anyone on anything?

He do this with a purpose, a good advertising or a bad advertising it is still a advertising.

But he removed his tweets xD Now its a good advertising or a bad advertising?
