AI content sites are consuming a lot of crawl budget of google recently. Crawling and indexing takes time nowadays.
Resubmit where?
Inspect url and resubmit in gsc.

May be your domains are spam or low quality content then it might be difficult to get them indexed and ranking. So keep working hard to improve your content quality and also check if any technical issues for not indexed.

Hey sorry for bumping old thread, but was wondering if you managed to indexed and ranked this domain?
I'm facing the same problem but with a new domain it was showing on last page suddenly Google just dropped it and I'm seeing crawled currently not indexed in GSC for a couple of pages.

Be patient, as indexing can take time, make sure no technical issues block indexing.
