Crawled, but not indexed backlinks - do they had an impact ?

Let's assume I make 50 backlinks on profile pages on high DA sites.
These pages had almost no content, and can't index by themselves.
Then I ping these backlinks, and also put them on a blogspot page, and force Google to crawl it.
But Google still won't index these backlinks.
Will all these crawled, but not indexed, backlinks had a positive or negative impact on my website?

Many of them might have negative impact depending on quantity, velocity and hidden factors trying to prevent negative SEO

Not indexed = not valued IMO.
