Crash and Burn!

Introductions
Currently 20 years old. In the middle class really and our needs are being met but I want to prove something to myself. I want to establish myself as soon as possible and setup businesses. Currently on a pre-med course (Pharmacy) and hopefully be attending med school next semester, so yeah time constraints.

So I've been lurking the forums for a couple of years already. You can say that I know a lot but didn't apply any. Maybe I was just too scared of my own success or the lack of actual dedication to a particular project, dropping it midway. I've done amazon + youtube back 2010. Made like 8 videos and each were having like 3,000 views organically but was not converting well. Then I dropped it out of laziness. Fast forward a couple of months and was surprised that I had like 160+$ in my amazon account and my videos were doing good, 50,000 views would be my highest. Come to think of it, I'd like to get back on it after this project. So to keep myself on track and make sure that I don't quit halfway, I made this journal.

Goals

1. Spend as little as 20$ for the initial investment. (1 month offshore hosting is about 2$ & domain is about 9$ last time I checked?) I'm strapped off online cash really and don't really want to invest in that much until I have the experience.
2. Earn at least 200$ for my first project by end of january.
3. Gain at least 500 mail subscribers.
4. Reinvest it to another project (Adsense / YT+Amazon).
5. Passive income of 350$ a month from Adsense / YT+Amazon Project.
6. Earn enough to establish business. (Local Supplement Online Store, Online Assistants, etc.)

PROJECT MAYHEM
Sounds like a porn movie's title! Inspired by Kinlee's journey and her initial success with the Viral Referral Script, I'd like to give this a shot. I have something to promote right now that would I think spread like fire once it gets traction (which would be the hardest part), actually scratch that, I am positive that it will spread like fire once it gets traction! My problem right now is that I may get sued and tracked for this, it's nothing illegal specially in my country but I could damage a company's profit and image enough that they'd track my ass. Okay, I'm fearing my own success again. I'll think of that once it actually gets big!

Blueprint:
Visitor goes to my page -> Refers 4 members (and also optionally share/tweet/like the page) -> Subscribes to my mailing list -> PPD/Content Locker

How to get the traffic:

1. Through social networks. I'll initially post on relevant pages and I know someone who could blast maybe one post to a fan page she owns which has like 200,000 likes.
   1. Relevant Facebook Groups/Pages
   2. YouTube Videos of the Niche
2. Setup Google Alerts to alert me of recent posts about my niche. I'll target this down to what I'm actually doing since the main niche is quite broad.
3. Make a YouTube Video and let it rank. Currently has 5 videos about my niche, number one spot has something like 600,000 views and is 8 months old.
4. I'm thinking whether I should rank my website as this really is a short-term gig. I have no prior experience on this but have read up on the topic.

I'm so pissed by how hard it is just to get online currency (PayPal) here in our country! You've got to find sellers who are willing to exchange plus you run the chance of getting scammed. (Maybe I should setup a currency exchange company?) Anyways, I just cannot not do anything, so I'm going to work on content of the site plus think of ways to spread the site once it is online.

What I have done so far:
-Packaged the file that they're getting plus some instructions. I want them to exploit this thing till it works.
-Applied for Content Locker Networks as well as PPD networks. (Help here?)
-Contacted someone who can buy me the hosting and domain. (PayPal doesn't fully support our country yet, we can't add funds to it.)
-Scavenged for Videos I could rip off, poor thing didn't get any views (40 views).
-Downloaded Camtasia and Installed After Effects
-Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Mailchimp Accounts.

What I have to do:
-Find a wordpress theme (done)
-Edit the video I have downloaded.
-Write content for referral page.

Okay, after some gruesome waiting game, I've finally had my site set up. I think it's quite beautiful! I just hope it converts.

What to do:
- Apply to some more cpa networks
- Upload my content to ppd
- Start driving traffic

Quite a number of traffic really for the first day. Not much conversions though..

Still the same script, I've sort out the scripts and I don't even know how I did that. It counts it now though so I'm happy with that. I myself have referred 256, not enough traffic to make it viral. I need to rethink how to scale things up.

if it is something related to gaming, use reddit's gaming section. You can get around 1k visitors within few hours.

Try finding some facebook fanpages related to your niche and post there.

that's what I have been doing mostly. I'm getting flagged down so fast though when I try to post the referral link directly so I indirectly lead them first to my fan page first then they'll see my posts there.

it's getting late down here though.

What I plan to do the following days.
-Make more accounts (3 videos in yt per account)
-One comment with direct link per 10 minutes per account in fb, twitter and yt.
-Start another project that would bring in stable income.

I would be using hola and tor for random IPs. Other than that, I'm swamped for anonymomity.

Holidays were insane and left me without time to finish my objectives. I did however spend as much time as possible thinking about my plan.

Day 1of 2014:

1. Blasted backlinks to all my YouTube videos, which are more or less about 100 verified links per Video.
2. Downloaded some cracked tools and loaded them on my virtual machine.
3. Built some Project Plans for other Projects
4. Learned how to use some of the tools.

1. Searched for an auto-register bot. Didn't find any so I looked for some tutorials. (Going to make one using Visual Basic when I get some free time. It seems easy enough.)
2. Blasted a Full Monty to my YouTube Videos.

To-Do:

1. Do another blast for my money site.
2. Optimize the landing page, videos.
3. Earn credits for youtube viewers and exchange services.
4. Find a tracker to track both my Videos in YouTube and their positions in Google.

Dilemma:

1. Fuarck-ass slow computer and connection limiting my posts rates.
2. Videos are still stuck with 301+ views. I'm out of credits so I need some credits for various services.
3. I'm still confused as to how I should rank my videos in YouTube. I think I got a good grasp of how I should do it with Google.

Questions

1. Is it easier to rank a youtube video in google serps than a website?
2. What's the best way to spam the social networking sites?

Plans: I'd give each method about 45 days to generate profit. If it doesn't I would drop it and do another project, if it did, I'd continue with whatever I'm doing. Once I could stabilize it and automate things somehow, I would then move to another project.

Project Rockstar
Authority Mini-Niche site with 24,100 exact searches every month for the broadest keyword under the niche.
First Page consists of UrbanDictionaries, Wise Geeks, Wikipedia and some other things.No adword competition whatsoever so I'm going for affiliate products.

Project Pornstar
NSFW Blogs from Tumblr, Reddit Traffic and Porn Tube Comment Traffics would go to my viral referral page where they have the option to send their friends or fill out a content locker. From there they are redirected to my blog for the content.
Project Amazon
I would like to restart my Youtube + Amazon journey since I did good back then for 3 days worth of effort.

Project Payday
Mostly just YouTube + Offer (Affiliate, CPA, PPD or Whatever) that I'd do every weekend. My goal is to just make 2 videos per Niche. Quality over Quantity this time. What I would like to do is to just rank the video on YT and Google SERPS as well as the landing page (blogspot) on Google SERPS.

Yesterday's results yielded me this. Coolio! First conversion and I'm not even ranking yet! I just tweaked my site.

What I have done today:

1. Not much but Keyword Research as my internet has been down the whole day.

What I will do:

1. Further enhance my site's seo as well as my video's.
2. Manually make web 2.0 articles pointing to my domain about 5 of them.
3. Blast my web 2.0 articles with back links from my tools.
4. Think of ways to spam twitter and Facebook.

Been reading up on phpbuilt's article about authority sites, hostingtavern's 100$/day adsense site, Voidray's journey and matthewwoodward's site. I would model my sites accordingly to their recommendations.

What I really need right now though is a free serp tracker. Can't seem to find myself one of those. Note to self: as soon as you make 5$ a day, invest on serpbook.com

DAY 3 Update of 2014

What I did so far:

1. I deleted all my youtube videos! Why? Because I think I fucked them up bad. Too many likes, comments and subscriptions for the views. I think I got carried away. I started anew with fresh content and currently aging them before give them some push with likes, comments and subscriptions. I don't have any idea on where to get views though as they are not counted (from u2bviews, vagex) so I think I would just get them naturally if I had to. It's painstakingly slow though.
2. Made better description and seo to my videos. SEO plans for the site are done and I'd do them later.
3. Learned how to spin properly.

Day 4 of 2014.

No earnings today. I'm fine with that, I'd like to see some numbers up again by Saturday next week though even if it's only a dollar or two just for the motivation.

What I will do today:

1. I'm currently making one big article (1500+ words) for my site then I'm going to spin this thing up to oblivion with (whole article spinning, paragraph spinning, sentence spinning and word spinning) for tiers 1 and beyond.
2. Currently sending backlinks to my videos. 223 verified to three of my videos, I think I'm doing good especially as these are all low competition niches. Seems like no one is doing google seo in the gaming niche, youtube rankings are different though.
3. Optimize my site for search engines.
4. Submit my articles on tier 1, manually. Then start doing tier building seo accordingly.

*Update: Change of plans, boys and girls! I'm now going to post 4 articles per tier 1 site. I think it would look more natural than one giant ass article per site. What I did was I just sliced my one big article into 4 smaller articles. Made new introductions and outros for each of them. On my money site however, I'd still post that one massive article instead of 4 since my site is just a one page site. I'm done writing it after an hour and a half and I'm taking a rest for now. Going to spin them once I get home and start posting.
