Every interaction we have with you seems to be full of rudeness and hostility... and we're not sure why, as we've been nothing but polite and professional with you. We're not lying, and quite frankly, we don't really appreciate being called liars.
Guillaume DID take the time to write you a very lengthy ? heartfelt even ? reply to you addressing some of the not-so-positive things you said in your e-mails (like telling us to "learn to read"), when in all actuality, the unsatisfactory support you feel you received from us stemmed from a vague/incomplete email from you where we had to guess & decipher what you meant.
Guillaume elaborates on this in the email he sent you Monday (which for some reason unknown to us, you didn't receive).
In any event, we'd be happy to send you a screenshot of this original e-mail that we "didn't send you" as proof with the date/timestamp. Please check your Mail settings, Junk/Spam folder, or maybe please just give us the benefit of the doubt and ask us to re-send next time before being so accusatory.

Anyways I didn't receive any email from your team, but after seeing the screenshot you sent me I do believe you actually sent me the email but for some reason it didn't get delivered. Some of the questions I asked still went unanswered!! Anyways I am now promoting a different offer from another network so its not a problem anymore!!

Indeed there is! You can add parameters manually to your CrakRevenue provided link code.
Here's a MOCK example of one of our links:
http://frtyb.com/go/asdf_asdf/DEFAULT/
To turn off redirects & back offers, you would add this to the end of your link code:
http://frtyb.com/go/asdf_asdf/DEFAULT/?back_offers=none&noredirect
Please note, however, by doing this-- if visitors from non-accepted/non-eligible GEOs visit your link, they will NOT be redirected to a more appropriate offer and you may lose out on income this way. Something to keep in mind!
