2. Which countries perform the best with which type of offers? What is your average network EPC?

Can we discuss which tours convert the best? What has been working well for others?
I was getting pretty consistent results with ppl exposed cams but since i got a fluke pps sing up the other week only via a redirect (ie didnt have any pps setup myself it just happened to get sent there) it inspired me to try pps.
So it was about 8 days now Ive done pps and its really weird cos I got a conversion with punish tube within like 20 minutes of chanigng to pps!! I thought hey hey! now this is gonna be good!!! but then I didnt get diddly squat for the next 8 days
Theres so many offers its hard to know whats gonna work. Can you guys offer any more light? Since pps takes so much longer to see conversions its harder to gauge what is working from what isnt vs ppl.
Stat wise I checked and in 7 days with ppl I made 22 dollars and in those 8 days of pps, due to that one punishtube convert, I made $20 dollars. So worked out about identical so far.
PPS is more frustrating though cos you need more patience hoping youll get conversions with many 0 earning days kind of sucks the soul out of you I prefer seeing ppl leads roll in steady

Regarding which tours & offers convert the best, there's really countless variables that you must consider which could make any choice irrelevant -- such as where the traffic comes from (GEOs), what is the traffic expecting to see? (targeted interest?), and then down to device (are they a mobile user or desktop user?)
You mentioned Punish Tube. This international PPS offer has always been consistently strong. It's a really good one.
Tour 6957 - The Dynamically Optimized tour is the one we recommend starting off with.
But once again, every traffic source is different. If your traffic was geared more towards "live webcams" - this would be targeted traffic and you might not do as well with a hardcore tube such as Punish Tube, and vice versa...

That means that you have referred someone to something which is likely not PPL. If it was a PPS, rev share, etc you will get money later on if that person decides to purchase something.
