Glad it wasnt just me. I also pulled running traffic to them til this is fixed. They have some offers missing today, clicks arent tracked now..they had issues earlier this week and I thought it was just me but apparently not, but it actually explains a lot too. I skyped them but they aren't online too often.

Looking into this for you, zenlagor.
Our office hours for support is 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. You messaged us at 7pm on Friday which is why we did not respond right away, because we weren't there. I have spoke with you moments ago this Saturday afternoon about your concerns, but it's the weekend, and there's only so much we can do during the weekend. If there's ever an issue with your account and our tech guys determine this, you would be properly credited. We don't cheat people.
We will look into every concern or issue come Monday. If you have a specific problem, please send us a PM here on BHW with your ID - we will respond, and get this taken care of next week.

I think everyone has an issue with your network. You guys only have limited support and barely reply. So, you expect affiliates to wait til Monday? What kind of network is this?

This is BY FAR the worst network I have worked with. They were down all week last week, I messaged them multiple times here and on Skype. It took a day or 2 for them to reply and when they did they said nothing was wrong. Then come to find out a few days after, they admit something was wrong and tracking wasn't working.
Right after I complained about this endlessly and pointed out how crappy their support was, they emailed me saying they weren't going to allow me to run their offers cause my quality of traffic was poor. I laughed when I saw this as I am on multiple PRIVATE payouts on other networks and I have advertisers begging to send more traffic cause the quality is so good. But oddly right after I complain they come with this lame excuse.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS NETWORK.. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

+1 on that same happend to me and i have a few private networks asking me to scale what i am doing as the quality is really good.
And the best part is they only kick you out when you want your money not before.
