****CrakRevenue Payout Method Help???

Hi everybody, I sign up crakrevenue network and they approved me!
In next steps, I must complete payout method and I choose wire to withdraw money from crakvenue but I have a problem:

In my country(VietNam) bank don't have "ABA,routing and branch number" so I ask them and they give me information about "Intermediary Bank", which is their partner them in USA, My bank just have Swift code and other information!

What can I do? What code I must fill in the form? Help me I only have 2 days to complete this step.(It's important!!!!)
PS: I mail to affiliate of CrakRevenue but I don't see mail to them.

why dont you open a paxum account and apply for a card?

I try and when I complete account, they say they don't accept my country!!!

Ask THEM if they're familiar with other affiliates from your region and how they solved the same issue...

I added skype and asked them but they don't reply, I also mail to them, they don't reply
I hope someone also had a problem same me show me and how they solved, so hope support of crakrevenue in BHW will see my theard!!

Have a guy are working^^! He answered my question just fill :N/A for ABA,routing and branch code.
